Short's Brewing Company: Psycho Kitty

If you like Short's Psychedelic Cat Grass, you'll be a fan of its litle cousin. Brewed in Bellaire (with a little help from HopCat) this triple dry hopped american pale ale delivers a tropical fruit flavor touchdown courtesy of Idaho 7 & HBC 1090 hops.

Blake's Hard Cider: Sir Lushington

It's been a minute since we had the honor of pouring Sir Lushington on draft! This award-winning, bourbon barrel aged cider features an oak chips and cherries flavor, warm up with a cold one - only at HopCat!

Odd Side Ales: All (Pistachio) Caked Up

A fusion of audacity and italian pistachio cookies in dense-cake form with zesty lemon icing vibes. Aged in Traverse City Whiskey barrels, this imperial milk stour is a velvety treat with highlights of nutty, buttery pistachios and toasted almonds, wrapped up in the aroma of lemon zest and the creaminess of lactose.

At HopCat, our commitment to excellence goes beyond the plate and the pint glass. In the past 16 years, we've proudly diverted over 4.5 million pounds of compost waste from local landfills. That's not all—we've served up a staggering 1.3 million pounds of our legendary Cosmik Fries and poured over 9.2 million drafts of beer, totaling a whopping 110 million ounces.
