HopCat Rewards

Each time you make a purchase, you are awarded one point for each dollar spent on qualifying food purchases. Points are awarded based on the amount of your purchase and are rounded up or down to the nearest dollar. For example: if you spend $21.50 you will have earned 22 points with that purchase.

Once the check is cashed out, you should be able to see your points accrued on your account, as well as the transaction in your history. However, in some cases, it may take up to 48 hours.

At this time, we do not have the capacity to offer this, but it’s not ruled out yet! We always want to be respectful of local & federal liquor laws, which rarely allow us to offer free alcohol as a reward.

To redeem rewards, inform your server or bartender before checkout. There is a $15 discount max, rewards cannot be combined, and they can’t be used on event menu purchases. Rewards expire in 30 days after using points to choose rewards.

If you ever forget to bring in your phone, you can provide your phone number registered on your account to redeem a reward and accrue points. We also use a phone number to verify your account and prevent fraud.

We use your contact info to send offers and update you on your rewards account. Your phone number helps us look up your account at the restaurant if you forget your phone, so you can still earn points and redeem rewards.

No, we do not share any data with 3rd party vendors.

Food purchases before tax earn points, with each dollar equal to one point. Watch your email for occasional double points offers. Note: Event menu purchases do not count towards the HopCat Rewards Program.

Birthday rewards are sent on the 1st of your birthday month. If you have input your birthday incorrectly, complete the form here or email rewards@hopcat.com with the correct birthday for your rewards account. Please note: Birthday rewards are redeemable for dine-in only.

Your points expire if there is no guest activity in 365 days.

Certainly! Each check can only use one rewards number. If you have multiple rewards members, ask your server to split the checks so everyone can earn points or redeem rewards. Points will be earned based on the portion of the food cost on each check.

Only one reward per visit per account may be redeemed.
