What the heck is a Randall?!?! A beer Randall is a fancy device that takes a beer we all know and love and allows us the opportunity to infuse it with new and exciting flavors as it is being poured. It is essentially a beer magic trick right in front of your eyes. Spend the evening with us as we team up with Dogfish Head and tap three of their highly celebrated beers. At the same time we will have a corresponding set of three draft lines pouring the same beers; the catch is the second set of lines will be infused with fresh fruits, herbs, and other little flavor nuggets. We promise you won't see an event like this again anytime soon.

  • 60 Minute IPA-6% ABV
  • 60 Minute IPA w/ Fresh Lemon & Thyme Infusion
  • Namaste- 4.8% ABV
  • Namaste w/ Fresh Pineapple & Mango Infusion

Belgian National Day is July 21

Belgium's national holiday commemorates July 21st, 1831 on which Leopold of Saxe-Cobourg swore allegiance to the new Belgian constitution, thus becoming the nation’s first monarch. The king’s vow marked the start of the independent state of Belgium under a constitutional monarchy and parliament. We’ll celebrate Belgium’s independence day through the weekend in classic HopCat Fashion- with our favorite beer & Crack Frites!

Geyser Gose

Gose w/ Icelandic Moss, Herbs, Kelp, & Sea Salt– 5.5% ABV



Two Roads and Evil Twin sourced local ingredients during a trip to Iceland for this collaboration including: Icelandic moss, rye, herbs, sea kelp, skyr (Icelandic yogurt) and birch-smoked sea salt to create a Two Roads/Evil Twin twist on a gose beer; a sour wheat-style ale with a hint of smoke, light lemon color, dry finish and thirst quenching appeal.
